[Resolved] Capital First — emi card received even without applying for card

I received a emi card from capital first by courier. I did not apply for any card still the company has sent me the card. After that, they deducted rs590 from my bank account. How can they deduct without any intimation approval? What the hell they are doing and harassing people by this. I want my deducted money back and i do not want any card as such. How can they send the card and how they got my details.

My loan due dt 24.10.2017 why are u deducting EMI from my bank account. You are deducting one month extra EMI from my account ECS. Also you are sending next month EMI message .check the due date . And stop the payment of my two wheeler loan.
