Dear Sir. This is to bring to your kind notice that am your one of your exciting customer Account No 5983393 of Capital First. This month your company has deducted my EMI from my bank account twice in 24 hours first on 8th Feb & second on 9 th Feb. The same was brought to your customer Care but till date none of your phone representative has brothered to reply back or answer my phone call on listening my name your representative just disconnect my calls or put my call on hold ( cell No is [protected]) Sir can you explain me or help me to get my refund back of my EMI which has been deducted twice tis month Awaiting for your kind reply for the same Was this information helpful? | |||
