[Resolved] Capital First — first emi not deducted | |
My loan account number is 12950312. My emi was due on 5th november 2017 however, it wasn't deducted from my account despite maintaining proper balance and it is now showing up as over due in statement of account Hence, i made the payment online through paytm. Please look up this incident as i have emailed you, raised a request on app also and let me tell you if you ask me to pay any charges, i will sue capital first and take them to consumer court because it was your mistake that you didn't the emi from my account as i maintained sufficient funds and made the online payment through paytm which i can prove any time.
