[Resolved] Capital First — fraud on personal loan. loan sanctioned, emi deducted but amount not disbursed | |||
Hi, I had got a personal loan for INR 1, 058, 480/- dated 18th May 2018. This loan involved take over of my existing loan from Citibank and foreclose the Citibank loan. I received a cheque from Capital one to Citibank with no proper loan account no mentioned on the cheque. it was mentioned as Citibank NA A/C LXX-STX-731X603. This was completely wrong and they did not even bother to have the correct loan A/C no mentioned. The cheque was returned back to captial first and requested for the corrected cheque. Till date i did not get it for the past two weeks. Now i am paying EMI to Captial first for the amount i have not received and also continue to pay Citibank. i have knocked on every door in capital first but no updates till date. I would like to request the consumer forum to help me out on this fraud case from Captial one. Was this information helpful? | |||
