[Resolved] Capital First — Harassment and Inability to service loan | |||||
This is regarding my two wheeler loan# 4988974. During the approval, it was agreed that the company would draft ECS starting February 2015. The company failed to submit the mandate to my bank thereby resulting in ECS bounce. When I call them, I was askes to visit their branch to complete formalities. I still did that. I also made payment arrangements and made the payment. Yet I continue rmto receive threatening collection calls. Therefore to me it seems like the company is doing all of this intentionally. The customer service number is usually busy. As I type, I have waited on the line for 48 mins still waiting to be connected to a customer service representative. The nodal officer Nr. Kalpesh Rana does not answer calls. So the only way you can talk to them is when they call you. Bur guess what!! They don't care. They uae words like "it's not my problem".
