[Resolved] Capital First — harassment - do not take loans from capital first | |||||
I had financed consumer durable loan from capital first, wherein due to some medical issue in my family i am unable to make payment of current month emi and i promised them i will make payment of 2months emi in a june'18 with all late payment charges and bounce charges. But these stupid people are ruining my life as well as of my family. Comming at him and creating fought in flat for just rs 1890/-. Please do not finance any commodity from capital first because these people are not a customer-centric just they are ruin people if you fail to make payment in your bad times. I get calls from number[protected] daily morning, afternoon and night for the payment and then we have loads of pressure of work to collect money and they will say "awkad nai he to loan kyu liya". They will use abusing words in front of family. Grievance team please look into same and give us time to make payment till 7th of june with all lpc charges will do the needful.
