[Resolved] Capital First — home appliance loan - emi | |||||
I have purchased Samsung A/C on April 30th and availed Loan from Capital first to repay an amount on 35400 in 8 Interest Free EMIs of 4425 each. The Debit Card and Savings Account for ECS was verified prior to loan approval by the CF Team using g a transaction of INR1. Ever since the EMI is not getting auto deducted from my account and CF team is leving Fines. Inspire of my request to fix this issue in month of June.. No action was taken and the same happened in July. This is a clear problem from their end and trying to force Customer pay For Penalty is not acceptable. They are not waiveing off the 400 * 2 - INR 800 levied on my Loan Account 15089219 and threating to press charges against me. I have repaid 2 EMIs of INR 4425 each using the QuickPay option on their portal already. If a permanent solution to ensure ECS issue is not provided, I am willing to use the QuickPay option for repayment of EMI every month by 2nd itself. They are not agreeing even for this and asking me to visit their office which is not possible as I am working from a city where their office is not available.Need help to get this issue sorted out.
