[Resolved] Capital First — irritating call | |||
Hi, I admit that i have missed on my emi since my father in law is suffering from cancer, it does not mean that capital first is my superior. My due date is 5th of every month, due to sudden medical expenses i missed on my emi, i get calls everyday from capital first and it is not once the call comes in difference of every half hour. I swear on my family it is mental harrasment to me. Second thing i have promised to pay the emi on 31st since its my payout day, i am also a student, there was a day i was writing my test and this guys kept on calling me continously. They don't have a track of conversation happened with customer on previous call they ask each question everytime. On sunday i. E 28/01/2018 "farooque" from capital first call me and he was so rude. I am trapped under capital first, i asked farooque to pass on the call to senior or sme and he stated that no one is available, how the monitor the customer queries when there is no senior on floor? Today i received call and i asked what percentage are they charging as penalty, the reply i got is that they cannot disclose that which as per me means that they dont have standard charges. If i am not getting informtion on call, then what are the consumer tax amount i am paying? The calls are really irritating, i know it is system generated calls but then why they ask same questions and argue. I know that i owe to them, it just makes me realizing that i am facing financial issues. Its a mental harrasment and irritating too. I want help guys come on. I[censored]s citizen can get right then why can't we raise the voice. I know its my mistake that i missed out on emi, but i got reason too. Every time new advisor call me and asks the same question and when i ask about last converstion they have no idea. I have attached the call logs ss. They also send SMS explaining the same. Which straightly means that customer is totally trapped.
