My due was 5872 rs which was cleared on 7 jun 2018 as it is and close account still why my credit score is been spoil from your end. As there is showing one negative status affecting my credit score as it is been close account still why it is reflecting. As you have applied charges for late payment that is also been clear so why harassing customer by spoiling cybil record. As the collection person din’t turn up for collecting money whenever i have told them.
