[Resolved] Capital First — Loan Acc not closed by Capital First Loan Account Number 3962633. & Card Blocked By Capital First (Harassment by your Company) | |||
Dear Sir, I’m writing you to request about my loan Acc No. 3962633. This is to inform you that I missed an EMI of this account number in April Month… Payment of Rs 1912/- and EMI Ending date is 5 May 2016. 1. I paid missed EMI Amount On[protected] with fine of Rs 400/-. Total Amount Paid by me on 19 May is Rs 2312/-. 2. But When I tried to download NOC it shows that NOC can be provided after Loan Maturity Date only. 3. That’s means as per your records this bounced Emi is not submitted by me. But for your kind information I would like to inform you that again It was submitted by me on 19 may an amount of Rs 2312 and I have full and final closer letter gave by your side. Ref No. Delhi/May’16/A081. 4. And now you blocked my EMI Card also due to payment pending of above loan account which is not correct. 5. Check your record after bounced this emi I purchase 2 AC on that EMI Card and one Is force closed by me by paying full amount. (when my intention is not pay that Emi only of Rs 1912 so how im paid 50, 000/- cash payment to you). 6. Finally please check this case and confirm me same and full and Final Closure for Loan Account Number – 3962633 attached with this mail. 7. Also I mentioned your executive mobile number who received money from me [protected]. Check it and update your record that I’m not defaulter of Missed EMI and Open my Capital first Blocked card and issue me NOC of clearance dues of Loan Account Number 3962633. 8. So that I Can maintain my best Cibil Score 9. Also My closed loans 5808031 & 6344514 (Force closed by me). Please provide me Noc of these Closed accounts. 10. Otherwise I have to take legal action against you that your company tried to break my CIBIL score as a good customer …. Because payment already paid by me and you were not update it in your records. 11. Also due to this missed EMI your company tried to clear this amount on another date:- Means…. EMI missed on 6 April 2016. And without any information company tried to clear it again on 26 April and this time it was did by two times by your side and I Charged Rs 255 two times by my bank and my bank told me that it was did by Capital First not by their side. So That due to you guys I charged Rs 500 extra for bounced EMI and nobody called me Mail me and messaging me first inform to clear this EMI. So who will pay this amount and show me records that you called me mail me and msg me before clearing this EMI from my Bank. Or else ready to pay this charge. Or show me records that it was not your mistake. 12. Kindly look into this matter and I ‘m looking forward your response 13. All the above matter already send to you by mail but nobody gave me response but now I’m not in good mood. And I will take legal action against you to make my Bad CIBIL Score due to your mistake.
