This was 28 or 29 september when i called idfc customer care and told them to stop my ecs.. Because i paid from another card they told no sir you should inform earlier... Then i said ok then the amount that i paid.. Please manage it on next ecs and stop ecs.. Then they told ok..
Today is 6 october still in my account there is 5 emi is pending showing mean while it should be 4.. Because i paid it earlier...
When they will update u don't know.. Very bad online experience with them... When i want to try call idfc customer care... Then are to much busy frequency... Neither there is call back facilities.. No one to solve my idea.. They are not available on sunday...
You can start paid customer care service who they free on sunday to connect with you idfc...
