[Resolved] Capital First Ltd — Consumer Finance Issue. | |||||
I Have taken a Consumer Finance from Capital First LTD. My first ECS got bounce due to insufficient balance in my Account, but after 3 days again the ECS was hit on 8th July & was success then. So for this they have charged me 400 Rs this happen in month of July 2015. This was not intimated to me after ECS got unsuccessful in first hit on 5th July. I felt Shock when I came to knew about this after 7 Months. That also from CIBIL, I came to know about this while applying Home loans. Capital Finance has submitted to CIBIL that Rs 400 amount is over due in my records. Due to this my over all Cibil points got effected. They do not have any rights to update this 400 rs as an overdue in CIBIL, because of this my CIBIL points got effected & as a result I am still facing lots of problem. I never knew anything was overdue of mine with them, they didnt sent any Alert too. Now I am in grieve problem where i have paid money to the Owner & still awaiting my home loan to get approved. As an compensation I am asking them to provide me with home loan instantly for which i have been effected due to their silly mistake. Details have been attached for your reference.
