Dear sir/mam I am writing this complaint due to misbehave from the agent of capital first those they came to my home place for collection actually they misbehaved from my mother and abused me but i am requested him i will give your emi as soon as possible as usual earlier payments but the guy didn't listen to me shouting in a wrong manner. So please it's a humble request kindly do the needful for me and take a strict action against me.
