[Resolved] Capital First — my easy buy card is blocked | |||
My easy buy card is temporary blocked, i dont know why it is.. I have taken 3 loans and 1 from that loans is closed. Once my emi was bounced in march months. But i paid tht amount on then another day of my emi date.. Tht loans is closed and another 2 loans are paid on time to time... My mobile no is [protected].. Please help me out why it is blocked. cust ID[protected] ihave made regular payments and my mother EASY BUY CARD has been blocked tried many times to connect with customer support they told 2 to 3 days we will contack from past 2 months no update nothing is there really very bad experience from IDFC customer support registered number [protected] alternate number [protected] i have requested in mail also there also no response my mother can't read the SMS for any details u can contact us resolve ASAP i this feedback will help me...
