Hi, I'm poornima my personal loan a/c no is 4804645 I raised the service requeston 1st oct 2016 regarding pee closure of my loan through customer care that employee said you will get pregnant closure statement to ur mail I'd within 2 working days then u can close ur loan. But still it's not send to my mail I'd. Can u plz explain how long it ll take to send the one statement. And that guys don't know WATS the procedure to pee close my personal loan.
