Hi, I'm poornima my personal loan a/c no is 4804645
I raised the service requeston 1st oct 2016 regarding pee closure of my loan through customer care that employee said you will get pregnant closure statement to ur mail I'd within 2 working days then u can close ur loan. But still it's not send to my mail I'd. Can u plz explain how long it ll take to send the one statement. And that guys don't know WATS the procedure to pee close my personal loan. If any one can guide me.
