[Resolved] Capital First — overpayment | |||||
I would like to inform you that i b. Srinivasa rao having the loan account in your capital first limited. Loan account no.8102731 for two wheeler loan taken on 05th november 2016. First loan processing time i have submitted my idbi salary bank account cheques for auto debit system after one month i have resigned to my job and my salary was not credited in my account then after i went to capital first limited and requested company representatives for change of bank account. The company representatives is said some process to chance bank then after i went to the bank for processing but the bank persons was said that we unable to approve your document because your home branch in andhra pradesh. Then after january 2017 onwards i am paying my emi every month 1-5th date through capital first limited quick emi pay system. But the company was charged rs.400 every month towards cheque bounce charges. I have given my sbi personal bank cheques for remaining emi’s (12) on 16th september 2017 to avoid cheque bounce and charges furtherly. And i requested to capital first limited persons for deposit my cheques every month i. E. Sep’17 to loan end date) at the time of submission the company persons was said that they will process nov’17 onwards and suggested that pay emi for oct’17 by capital first quick pay and i have paid the same but the capital first limited is sent my cheques for clearance emi for the month of oct’17 and the cheque was returned due to insufficient balance in account and the bank is charged rs.590/- towards cheque return charges. And this problem is which clearly indicates negligence of capital first limited-hyderabad. Hence i request capital first limited to repay/credit overdue charges and cheque return charges of rs.590/- to my account. This excludes mental trauma created to me.
