[Resolved] Capital First — Pathetic customer services | |||||
I am chattu dey take a pl form capital first form last few month. When i take the pl the guy said there have insurance of rs 300000 for my pl after deduct the amount i get rest of amount but still i did not received the any document of the insurance then call to customer care no the number is invalid mail sent to (Customer. [protected]@capfirst.com) many more time they are do not response me finally i stop 3 emi and they add bounce charge add. Every time i tell thy guy who call me kindly waiver the bounce charge then i can pay the 3 emi they abuse me. Form last oct 2016 my father in hospital, in hospital network coverage is poor so maybe not establish successful to contact me. You can mail me chattudey.[protected]@gmail.com. Last[protected] going to kolkata capital first office & talk to customer care they did not help me and talk like pathetic. He clearly said that you can not pay the emi so talk to collection dept. After that talk to them (Tarun kumar jena) & told him to entarie thing he told me that i send your mail to ho for approval the late fine charge, after that you pay. But some lady call me yesterday ([protected]) for payment and use slang language.. Kindly give a proper solution for the same. I am fed up form taking lone form capital first. Still i am in hospital my father is cancer patients stage 4 but still i am paying the all emi, never cheque bouncing. Its 1st time for the customer service. Now i want to pay the but cheque bouncing charges i am not paying. Kindly help asap already this month charge is happen in the same account.
