Dear sir, Recently i got an sms from capitalfirst regarding preapproved personal loan, i have applied for it on april 11th, 2016 and submitted my documents as per their requirement on april 12th, 2016.But the person who had visited for verification to my residence address on april 13th, 2016 is asking for money to complete the process.Is it your companies policy to ask for money from the customers ?
