[Resolved] Capital First — Personal loan dispute. | |||||
I have made foreclose payment in the month of may (10th of may 2016). Given details also in the month of may '16 itself. But they have taken emi for the month of june 2016. Since i have paid the payment in the month of may, i didn't have enough money on the due date. They have put my cheque twise in the month of june 2016, they have taken cheque bounce charges for the same & my emi amount also. Now they are returning only the balance deducting my cheque bounce charges. Please help in getting my full emi amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir my name is A. Gopalkrishna i had a loan sanctioned on 6th of aug but till today no one has turned up to pick up the documents why r they not responding.
I have a two wheeler loan with you, the loan already completed 2 month, but i still not received NoC copy. when i call customer care, they says they don't want go give NOC, bcoz i have a another personal loan with they..
this is not correct and fair business.
