[Resolved] Capital First — Personal Loan Interest Rate Cheating

I have taken a personal loan amount of 250000/- with 16% pa. In my login portal showing it was 27.53% pa. I have asked them there is no reply about interest rate and other charges and their benefits also like insurance and all. They are always blaming the customer.

amount : 250000/-
ROI: 16% Pa,
Tenure : 3 years
then EMI: 8790/- but they are Taking 10278/- I have given many online loan EMI calculators for proof. But there is no information.

Updated by Chakrapani Revuru I am seeing these type of messages from last 3 weeks... There is no response instead of these type of message.. No solution and no answer about my loan and charges like insurance and what is the benefits and other charges...
