[Resolved]  Capital First — Regarding my car noc delay from capital first pvt ltd

I have pre closed my loan from capital first 11 july 2016 my receipt number is [protected] and i have given request for my noc that time i was given rc copy at hyderabad branch that time they people was told me it will take 21 working days after payment i'm calling everyday regarding receipt updated or not after five days customer care people told me it updated that time also they doesn't told me send rc copy from that to 27th of july i'm calling to know about noc status they doesn't told me need to send rc copy july 27th when i called customer care that time customer people told me send rc copy to customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.Com i have sent rc copy to same address again i called august 1st 2016 to customer care people regard recieved or not that people told me not yet update i have given request that day and i called on today means 3rd august 2016 still they doesn't know the status what can do for this i'm had a bad experience with capital first pvt ltd bank i have sold my car who buy car that people calling everyday regarding rc copy what can i do now please heap me.
