[Resolved] Capital First — taking extra money from consumer | |||
Hi This is Oiendrila Ghosh a consumer of Capital first service my loan account number is 17250082, last month due to my marriage (which is on 1st feb 2019) on 2nd the EMI got Bounced and I got a IVR call to make the payment so I made the payment from your online app on 5th Feb 2019 second time the same amount debited from my bank account on 6th Feb 2019. I mailed them so many time but they didn't bother to reply, not even refund my money back, today an executive name jowala called me from capital first and literally threatened me, Was this information helpful? | |||
