[Resolved] Capital First — two time money deduction in my account | |||
Dear Capital First Team, This is to inform you that an amount of RS-3290 is paid in advanced dated 1st of June 2019 against my loan 16868138 successfully, further the same amount is also detected from my account today on dated 6th of June. Also the bounce charges deducted twice and that is not acceptable. So I request you kindly provide reversal of extra pay including bounce charges on immediate basis to build the long term relationship.
