[Resolved] Capital First — unethical bounce charges | |||
I don't have any issue with first bounce charges of 400rs. But you have added another 400rs which is unethical and not acceptable since i had already paid pending amount via different link provided by customer care representative and that also from same account. If you always go for ecs debit then please don't give any other links. I have already provided the bank statement and dropped mail to cf but did not get any proper response.
