[Resolved] Capital First — Unnecessary deductions and having trouble | |||||
Sir i have account with capital first and they collected installment from me even after deduction from my account and they have also collected bounce charges from me. And even they disturbed me by making calls that i did not pay my installment. This causing to my reputation and this black mark may lead to negative in cibil which will effect my future plans. Oct 28, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved after the complaint the company person mailed me and asked me to mail to his personal id and asked to mail me my details to him so i mailed him.
later on in the next mail he mailed me regarding the progress in my issue
and he also confirmed me that some processes are needed to be done before the complaint is completely resolved
and they adjusted money of the previous EMI in this month's EMI
they deposited the rest of the amount in my account with in 8 working days
thanks for your help
and also the company responded to me positively and i hope that the higher officials are pretty clear about the issues Capital First customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
