Hello sir, This is shivam gupta from new delhi and i have taken consumer loan from capital first. I always maintain required balance in my hdfc account where ecs is taken on 5th of every month still i got the message your ecs is bounced. Regarading this i have called many times to capital first but they did not take it seriuosly. For the same reason i also filed a complain request in this portal before 6 month. But yesterday I got a message from your organisation that I have to pay Rs2700. Is it a joke. Solve the problem, otherwise I will go consumer service by government. (My emi was 1242.)
