Dear sir / madam

My lan no. 4826734 and i was purchase a new led tv finance by capital first ltd. At the time of first instalment i call your customer care and he advice if you dont want to emi deduct your account you can buy cash to our executive so i pay 1st instalment cash to your executive (Receiving agent name: satish pradeep kumar & agency name: singh risk management) and after pay i receive confirmation mail or sms but at the time of last instalment i pay cash of your executive and i receive a mail or sms and also last emi deduct my bank account. This is totally fraud and not helpful. I also call to customer care and he did not help me. So please suggest what can i do. Can i go to consumer court or register a fir.
