My self santosh upadhyay I had taken consumer loan of ₹18000/- Which I had paid all the EMI last year in April 2016 but your company again SMS me that I have to pay ₹1800 balance. Now I don't know that why ₹1800 is pending and why your company deducted it from my bank account. Please clarify this. My mobile no. is [protected] Email id.
