Capital Float — Loan given but yet asking for money. and many harassment calls

I have purchase some product from amazon india using capital float pay later. I have paid the loan in the next month. but after one month they are asking for submitting the loan. I call many times to Amazon and provided bank statement and amazon pay order list screen shots many time to capital float and amazon but they are doing nothing. only they call me and ask me to submit the amount
