This is with regard to a car booking in your Honda Showroom in trichy by Mr.Nikkesh in the month of October 2021. The car booked by the above mentioned person is Honda Capital 4G (Petrol) Golden Brown Metallic colour. The Capital Honda trichy showroom promised that on 05.01.2022 they will intimate about the delivery of the car and on the date they informed to proceed with the loan and also informed that on 18.01.2022, the car will be delivered.
Further to our shock the showroom informed that due to the carelessness of the sale executive the same car but white colour is booked wrongly and so apologised for their behaviour. It is pertinent to mention till date no proper response and action has been taken by the higher officials even after intimating about the blunder committed from their side.
