[Resolved]  Capital Honda India — Damaged in Service

I own a Honda City Generation 4 (PY01CY1100) and I have given it for the second free service in Capital Honda Meenambakkam Chennai on March 10, 2022. It was picked up from my location on the same day morning by their driver and went for service. Driver has made the PDI before taking the vehicle from home and I have instructed him about the complaints and scratches in my vehicle. Once the vehicle is received to the service centre, I have got the call that we have received your vehicle and the PDI has been made and recorded as a video coverage to avoid further damages. I have instructed them for the following complaints.
1. Horn complaint during running. (Sent a video proof for this issue)
2. Left side speaker door pads are vibrating when the music is played.
3. Minor scratches on the top of the trunk and right side rear door.
Again, I got a call from the service center stating the reasons for the above complaint. Horn is working fine in the test drive, left side speaker door pads are vibrating due to equalizer preset and the scratches are all rectified to our best. However, after sending the video proof for the horn issue also, they haven't accepted the issue and the statement given to me is that the horn is Woking fine in our test drive. But I wonder about the second complaint. If the equalizer preset is set wrong all the door pads will be vibrating due to the bass and not the only 1 side of the door pad. But finally, I convinced myself that the service person is unable to rectify the proper complaint even after sending the proofs too. Finally, again they called me and informed that your vehicle is getting ready for delivery and rubbing polish is yet to happen for the scratches which was complained from your side. Again, after a couple of hours they called me and informed that the scratches are removed on behalf of your complaints and, but the front bumper scratch and dent could not be removed as the paint is peeled off which was shocking news to me. I was seriously shocked to hear when a damage is made without my knowledge and the same was intimated to me as my mistake. I sent the PDI report for their further reference and they somehow accepted their mistake it was done from their side only. I genuinely told them that you take your time, but I want the vehicle back in the original condition without any scratches and dents. The service person accepted, and they promised me to give it on the next day. The next day that is 11 March 2022, I got call from the service that all the issues are rectified and the vehicle is ready to move from the service for the delivery. I again asked the service person whether the scratches and dents are rectified back to its original condition or not. The statement they gave is we have done the best from their side and delivered. So, I trusted their verbal words and accepted for the delivery. A couple of hours later the drop driver called me and informed that he reached the destination. When I went to see the vehicle for the rectified complaints, it’s totally a crap. No complaints have been resolved and rectified and the dents and scratches made on behalf of the service persons are touched by a local paint as like a unknown person scribbling in the drawing sheet. I got seriously fed up to see that type of crap paint touch. I wonder this is how a professional paint shop will be rectifying the dents and scratches that too done from their side. It was nearly 40kms long from my home and totally 80 kms for both the ways. I again retuned the vehicle as I'm not satisfied with the service and the driver again took the vehicle for the service station. I already gave the first service in Perungudi Capital Honda, Chennai. Though they haven't rectified all my complaints but at least they gave me the vehicle in the original condition. Since they haven't rectified all the issue, this time I have moved to the main branch, which is located in Meenambakkam, Chennai. But that is where I made a big mistake. I haven't sent this type of vehicle service especially from Honda as my cousin is already having a Honda City and he is regularly giving his service to Sundaram Honda Chennai. I seriously need a proper clarification for the damages made on your side. I was also not supposed to charge for the fuel this time as I'm returning the vehicle back to you on behalf of your bad service.
