Hi Honda Team,
My car has been affected by rust within 2 years from the date of purchase. I have informed the dealer to fix the rust under warranty, but they have not done anything at that time. But this time I have asked them and escalated to fix the rust issue, but they told me to pay for rust fix (Painting, Tinkering and Welding) due to warranty has expired by 07/2022.
My Question is,
What is the use of the warranty period ?
Why are the dealers not doing anything in warranty period ?
I already have extended my warranty to 5 years till (07/2024) also, then why does painting, tinkering & Welding not come under warranty ?
Why is Honda manufacturing this type of low material and getting bad names ?
In my Honda Amaze, I have got many manufacturing defects. Still dealers can't fix those defects and they won't claim under warranty also.
I have many issue like glow box noise, cabin noise is too heavy, top roof rubber are winding up due to low quality, dashboard noise, breakage in dashboard glass, AC Coil failure / Not working, Fuel pump issue, Worst Pick up no other vehicle has this issue, Tyre buttons winded within 25000 KM, Everything in this car is low material due to cost cutting.
Why Honda is spoiling the brand name, I've very much thought about wasting nearly 10 Lakhs with the worst product. Honda Cheated me.
I'm very much frustrated with this worst product (Honda Amaze), a Worthless car. I won't suggest anyone buy this car.
In Honda service, they are not even washing the car. They just delivered the car as it is after the service.
If you are not treating this issue as serious, I'll take it further with Grievance Management.
