      Capital honda Meenambakkam, Chennai. They are providing safe advice. Even after making complaint about advisor, they provide the same advisor again. They won't reply appropriately for customers queries. The Honda customer won't reply properly. Don't know what to do? Hope I get some response here.

        PY01VA3120 please kindly check our complaints. . Last two week ago we have come for check in for wobbling complaint mechanical never check properly asking for other day come for check in against then we going to change our self 4 Tyree change to prblm soul ..

        We have come to three to four service untill now behind rear right side never fix the rittner.. and
        Eng side wiring never tag un properly like this do service we are how to come for company service

          Hi Team,

          I purchased Honda City 5th Gen last year 2022.

          Now i trying to sale the car, while value the car all sale agent or noted that right back door is replaced, but we are not replaced any thing.

          I purchased it for 15 lacs brand new one, while purchasing they have giving me the duplicate door, last week i have raised complaint to sales manager and service manager in Cuddalore Honda showroom, but still I am not received any response from the team.
          Even today i called my sale agent no response.

          Kindly help me on the same.

            1.Waited for nearly 2 hours to take the delivery.
            2. Not checked the vehicle before delivering to the customer.
            3. Bills are not explained by the engineer.
            4. Doesn't know why it is billed for few items.
            5. Most of the complaints are un attended.
            4 see the condition of car interiors, not cleaned before delivering the vehicle, dust accumulated every where, greazy dirty foot prints are stained very badly
            5. Even car exteriors are not washed properly.
            6. Front right indicator fault un attended.
            7. In the past 9 years of service, I have never faced these complaints.
            8. Now a days I can see many new service engineers hired without any knowledge
            9. After paying so much money, felt that there is no value for money.
            10. I don't know whether techical points are checked and attended by your engineer.

              First of all iam not happy with the service engineer, doesn't seems to be experienced in the car service industry.

                I bought the Honda Activa from Globus Honda Rohini Saraswati vihar delhi-110085, I was the 1st time buyer no body told me that you have the option to choose from when it comes to tyres like Maxx, MRF and ceat..i have been given the scooty with Maxx tyres..let me tell you it's so downgrade quality tyres that in the spend on 10 months i have got 12-15 punchers already done and now the situation is that it gets puncher every week..I bought the scooty on 2nd Jan 2022..against to my surprise and belief i have already got my battery replaced last month, the reason of mentioning it here is that what kind of product Honda is producing the battery is getting defected in in 8-9 months also the fiber part of the scooty is also of very down quality. I am not at all satisfied with the product been offered. When I take it on highway the handle start to wobble and balance of the scooty is also not good and 100%.

                I got the call from shikha from Honda and said you can go to Globus Honda and tell them about all your complaints and it will be resolved at earliest. The reality is far different from what was told to me on call, i went to Globus Honda model town service center for my complaints. FIrst of all i have been told to wait for 1 hour when i denied to do that, i have told you would have to wait as everyone do so also the concern person said tyres keep getting pencher so what when i insisted that i still want to get my tyre replaced, he taken the picture of my RC from his mobile and said you will get the confirmation on your registered mobile number or registered email. This happened on[protected] and till today i still haven't received any call or sms with tyre confirmation nither i received the call from the service center.

                  Hi Honda Team,
                  My car has been affected by rust within 2 years from the date of purchase. I have informed the dealer to fix the rust under warranty, but they have not done anything at that time. But this time I have asked them and escalated to fix the rust issue, but they told me to pay for rust fix (Painting, Tinkering and Welding) due to warranty has expired by 07/2022.
                  My Question is,
                  What is the use of the warranty period ?
                  Why are the dealers not doing anything in warranty period ?
                  I already have extended my warranty to 5 years till (07/2024) also, then why does painting, tinkering & Welding not come under warranty ?
                  Why is Honda manufacturing this type of low material and getting bad names ?
                  In my Honda Amaze, I have got many manufacturing defects. Still dealers can't fix those defects and they won't claim under warranty also.
                  I have many issue like glow box noise, cabin noise is too heavy, top roof rubber are winding up due to low quality, dashboard noise, breakage in dashboard glass, AC Coil failure / Not working, Fuel pump issue, Worst Pick up no other vehicle has this issue, Tyre buttons winded within 25000 KM, Everything in this car is low material due to cost cutting.
                  Why Honda is spoiling the brand name, I've very much thought about wasting nearly 10 Lakhs with the worst product. Honda Cheated me.
                  I'm very much frustrated with this worst product (Honda Amaze), a Worthless car. I won't suggest anyone buy this car.
                  In Honda service, they are not even washing the car. They just delivered the car as it is after the service.
                  If you are not treating this issue as serious, I'll take it further with Grievance Management.

                    I gave Dio for servicing at JP Nagar Saphire Hnda Service Center JP Nagar, Near Puttenahalli Lake. I saw Petrol is less I asked the service guy he said he kept the scooter in running to test it. Then i found Buzzer is missing he said it wan't there. NO RESOLUTIONS made.

                    Within 15 days of service HonDa DIO stopped again with same problem. Engine not starting. I went to the Saphire Honda Service Center on 4Aug2022. They opened the scooter in front of me.
                    Missing FUSE: I saw 1 out of 4 FUSE on the front top panel was missing. The service men refuse to return. Entire Electrical component (Rs2484) replaced for only Loose wiring issue: Then the mechanic checked the starting problem and fix the loose wirings on the battery. Now I have the problem in front of me. For that had they replaced the entire electrical components and kept my scooter more than 4 days and made a fat Bill of Rs2484 as attached. I asked the mechanic, he started argurments with No Resolution. Also no resolution made on the Broken front cabinet.(At the Screw bolt lock broken photo attached), panel vibrates because of this broken lock, and they are not ready to look at the CCTV footage, not ready to replace the front panel. I DON'T recommend anyone Saphire Honda Service Center.

                      I have bought Honda city car in 2019, it was nice when i drive in the city and when i go to high way when ever i ran over the lines speed breaker its give more noise in dashboard and i complained this in the service center and given it for fix for three times but it was not fixed, they says its fixed when ever they deliver the car but i can test it only when i go on high ways.

                      this was taken to the service Centre head too last time he said they will fix but its not. I am not sure to whom i should complain

                        I own a Honda City Generation 4 (PY01CY1100) and I have given it for the second free service in Capital Honda Meenambakkam Chennai on March 10, 2022. It was picked up from my location on the same day morning by their driver and went for service. Driver has made the PDI before taking the vehicle from home and I have instructed him about the complaints and scratches in my vehicle. Once the vehicle is received to the service centre, I have got the call that we have received your vehicle and the PDI has been made and recorded as a video coverage to avoid further damages. I have instructed them for the following complaints.
                        1. Horn complaint during running. (Sent a video proof for this issue)
                        2. Left side speaker door pads are vibrating when the music is played.
                        3. Minor scratches on the top of the trunk and right side rear door.
                        Again, I got a call from the service center stating the reasons for the above complaint. Horn is working fine in the test drive, left side speaker door pads are vibrating due to equalizer preset and the scratches are all rectified to our best. However, after sending the video proof for the horn issue also, they haven't accepted the issue and the statement given to me is that the horn is Woking fine in our test drive. But I wonder about the second complaint. If the equalizer preset is set wrong all the door pads will be vibrating due to the bass and not the only 1 side of the door pad. But finally, I convinced myself that the service person is unable to rectify the proper complaint even after sending the proofs too. Finally, again they called me and informed that your vehicle is getting ready for delivery and rubbing polish is yet to happen for the scratches which was complained from your side. Again, after a couple of hours they called me and informed that the scratches are removed on behalf of your complaints and, but the front bumper scratch and dent could not be removed as the paint is peeled off which was shocking news to me. I was seriously shocked to hear when a damage is made without my knowledge and the same was intimated to me as my mistake. I sent the PDI report for their further reference and they somehow accepted their mistake it was done from their side only. I genuinely told them that you take your time, but I want the vehicle back in the original condition without any scratches and dents. The service person accepted, and they promised me to give it on the next day. The next day that is 11 March 2022, I got call from the service that all the issues are rectified and the vehicle is ready to move from the service for the delivery. I again asked the service person whether the scratches and dents are rectified back to its original condition or not. The statement they gave is we have done the best from their side and delivered. So, I trusted their verbal words and accepted for the delivery. A couple of hours later the drop driver called me and informed that he reached the destination. When I went to see the vehicle for the rectified complaints, it’s totally a crap. No complaints have been resolved and rectified and the dents and scratches made on behalf of the service persons are touched by a local paint as like a unknown person scribbling in the drawing sheet. I got seriously fed up to see that type of crap paint touch. I wonder this is how a professional paint shop will be rectifying the dents and scratches that too done from their side. It was nearly 40kms long from my home and totally 80 kms for both the ways. I again retuned the vehicle as I'm not satisfied with the service and the driver again took the vehicle for the service station. I already gave the first service in Perungudi Capital Honda, Chennai. Though they haven't rectified all my complaints but at least they gave me the vehicle in the original condition. Since they haven't rectified all the issue, this time I have moved to the main branch, which is located in Meenambakkam, Chennai. But that is where I made a big mistake. I haven't sent this type of vehicle service especially from Honda as my cousin is already having a Honda City and he is regularly giving his service to Sundaram Honda Chennai. I seriously need a proper clarification for the damages made on your side. I was also not supposed to charge for the fuel this time as I'm returning the vehicle back to you on behalf of your bad service.

                            I received a job opening call from [[protected]] this number and she schedule a interview for me in honda motors. The post is senior supervisor. The next day one hr call me from [[protected]] this number. And she take a interview through phone. I selected for the post and she explained me about the job role and all details. She sent me a offer letter in the next day. She asked me for a rs 1490 you want to pay for the uniform and i'd card. I have paid the amount just now. Please check and clarify it a original or fake

                                    This is with regard to a car booking in your Honda Showroom in trichy by Mr.Nikkesh in the month of October 2021. The car booked by the above mentioned person is Honda Capital 4G (Petrol) Golden Brown Metallic colour. The Capital Honda trichy showroom promised that on 05.01.2022 they will intimate about the delivery of the car and on the date they informed to proceed with the loan and also informed that on 18.01.2022, the car will be delivered.

                                    Further to our shock the showroom informed that due to the carelessness of the sale executive the same car but white colour is booked wrongly and so apologised for their behaviour. It is pertinent to mention till date no proper response and action has been taken by the higher officials even after intimating about the blunder committed from their side. This is purely breach of service and totally unprofessional.

                                      I gave Honda Amaze car for service on 3rd Dec 2021 in Meenambakkam Capital Honda Chennai. Basic service was done and it was told that due to rat bite, motor and wires are damaged and have to be replaced.

                                      We submitted all forms to check for insurance claim and were told that we will get update in 2-3 days. After follow ups with multiple times, we still did not get proper response. Its changing from one hand to another.

                                        1 st service done (service done on 23rd November 2021. Not even checked tyre pressure. It was too low when I got the delivery of the car after service.

                                        First of all this is my first car (Honda Amaze) & first service experience. Driver instructed to clear the personal belongings during the pick-up. I have cleared things in Cabin and I forget to clear Body cover & Cleaning brush kept in the boot.
                                        After service, I found that the cover and brush was missing. I asked, they said It was available during service and will be returning soon. Its been 3 weeks till today (14/12/21). First they said due to heavy rains delay in finding the items. No response for a 5 days. After my call, they said camera needs to be checked and IT/EDP person not available, no response then as-usual. 2 nd week they said camera system ran into trouble which needs to be rectified. Now they are saying rectification takes time. Its been 3 weeks for a body cover worth 1700 Rupees & cleaning brush worth 250 Rupees. Every time they don't update the status and whenever I call they say a lie. Gave up, I will buy new one. Warm welcome and hospitality of CAPITAL HONDA ends once the Car is delivered (Sales) not in service. Thanks for this worst Experience CAPITAL HONDA MEENAMBAKKAM CHENNAI
