[Resolved] Capital Honda India — promised refund is not getting delayed/denied | |||
Dear sir/madam, i had purchased honda mobilio car in march 2016. As part of accessories, a navigation/music system was fitted into it. The navigation system has issues since the very first day and all the features of it hardly worked at once. Numerous follow ups led to replacement after an year but the replacement itself is not new and has issues. The service support non-cooperative staff also had issues. The refund was promised for last repairs but now company delaying/denying it. Please assist Was this information helpful? | |||

Honda active bought from panachimoottil Honda KOLLAM . with in warranty period only . changed back tyre and battery and some small parts .since it is in warranty period we are ready to pay for the tyre and battery . but after service they given a 7500 bill and after negotiations fixed to Rs 6850. We feel it is against your warranty promises.
