1 st service done (service done on 23rd November 2021. Not even checked tyre pressure. It was too low when I got the delivery of the car after service.
First of all this is my first car (Honda Amaze) & first service experience. Driver instructed to clear the personal belongings during the pick-up. I have cleared things in Cabin and I forget to clear Body cover & Cleaning brush kept in the boot.
After service, I found that the cover and brush was missing. I asked, they said It was available during service and will be returning soon. Its been 3 weeks till today (14/12/21). First they said due to heavy rains delay in finding the items. No response for a 5 days. After my call, they said camera needs to be checked and IT/EDP person not available, no response then as-usual. 2 nd week they said camera system ran into trouble which needs to be rectified. Now they are saying rectification takes time. Its been 3 weeks for a body cover worth 1700 Rupees & cleaning brush worth 250 Rupees. Every time they don't update the status and whenever I call they say a lie. Gave up, I will buy new one. Warm welcome and hospitality of CAPITAL HONDA ends once the Car is delivered (Sales) not in service. Thanks for this worst Experience CAPITAL HONDA MEENAMBAKKAM CHENNAI Was this information helpful? |
