This is with regards to the above mentioned vehicle that was sent to your workshop i.e. Volkwagen Downtown Mumbai, Shaman Cars Pvt. Ltd. Lalbaug on[protected] for 2nd servicing as well as for works pending from the previous time that car was to your workshop.
The car was there at your workshop for 3 days now and for almost 3 weeks the previous time.
Works pending are as mentioned below,
1. Front Left Suspension Check
2. All break not working Properly.
3. LHS Front Felder Raber Missing
4. Glow Plug Light Showing
5. On Fuel Cap showing to Petrol Tag (Car is diesel)
6. All AC vent check
7. Mirror Felder cover check.
8. Key spring not working
9. Head light setting is out.
10. Rear bumper painting not done well.
In spite of keeping the car at your end for these many days nothing except the regular servicing of oil change, oil filter change, car washing was done. and when we came to pick the car it is being informed that the above works are pending due to unavailability of parts and resources. It is an absolutely unprofessional behavior from your employees as there should be some courtesy to call us and inform about the pending works.
Now we have been following up for over the last one month to get the above work done. After almost 2 weeks of follow up we were informed that the car can be sent for the works pending on 19.04.2013. it was told that the driver will come to pick the car at 8.30 a.m on 19.04.2013 and the work will be completed within 2 days. On 19.4.2013 nobody turned up, we tried to get in touch with your people but in vein as nobody responded, then end of day when we called again we are being told that the part is not available yet and they would pick the car on 22.4.2013 at 8.30 a.m.We had also clearly told that we would need a replacement car as the responses from your end is extremely poor and the after sale service is atrocious. they said it would be difficult for them to give a replacement but the works will be definitely be done within 2 days. hence we arranged an alternative car for ourselves thinking that the car work will be done on 22.4.2013 and 23.4.2013. to my disappointment again there was no response from your end on 22.4.2013 and the car was not taken for servicing. again we had to follow up with your irresponsible employees for our car works and we get the same response and it is promised that on 26.4.2013 the car will be taken for servicing. and what happens on 26th morning is the most expected that nobody turns up again and we had made arrangements again for a car. and after calling your people a couple of times we get the response that the car will be picked up on 29.4.2013 i.e today but again as expected nobody turned up.
Now we would want a written commitment from your side and a replacement car at the earliest. It is extremely disappointing that Volkswagen provides such a poor service to its customers.
If this is a kind of service you provide, then i am sorry to say that i would rather never go in for a Volkswagen car again and would suggest others also not to go in for one.
