My humble request to all the consumers, and i want you all to not go through the pains that i am currently going through: please do not buy 'carrier ac'i would like to draw your kind attention towards the problem faced by us but right from the day of purchase has been suffering its deformities and inefficient working problems due to some internal fault. After several complaints to the customer care, but still the satisfaction was not gained and the respective problem continued. Hereby. We again complained to the carrier customer care, so as per that we compalined (Complain no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] at their centre and they told us that the problem will be surely solved by our technicians. After 1-2 days they send their illskilled technician who was not able to even handle the situation. He even added to the malfunctioning of the machine. Due to unsatisfaction, we again complained to the authorities, and we suffered with the fault machine. After that once they sent their technician who told ur that this carrier ac plastic is poor or bad qualities by the company due to several faults in this respective model. He even said this problem can not be handled and faults will prevail. Even if by some handy operations he fixed the problem, but after few days the same problem would reoccur. Even after spending a big amount for buying the air conditioner our satisfaction was not fulfilled and we felt like somewhat cheated and betrayed. . From the day we purchased the same we here a lot of noise as if a grinder is put on. Also it failed to give the respective cooling. Today also the ac makes a lot of noise and doesn’t give the cooling even after half an hour when its temperature is kept at 17degree. We repent having a ac of this brand and wasted from the same. We trusted the brand as it is very old in the field and changed our old ac and inspite of having a range of latest techno. Brands we choose carrier. We have lost faith now. I have purchased new carrier ac 1.5 ton split supiriya 5 star from raj electronic several times flapper issue and they repaired and within next day or 10 days, again it will be same problem. No service engineer resolves this problem I think that no service team understand this problem how to solve this issue. You must be knowing it is summer time and very hot in odisha. Our family members are not having proper sleep for almost a week. Saddest part is my kids are unable to concentrate on the exams due to disturbed sleep. I want carrier to take immediate action and provide us a solution for this Our guarantee period is getting over within couple of months, but still they are not listening to our problem Its a request that respective action should be taken against carrier airconditioning & refrigeration ltd. They should be ordered to replace the ac or give our money back with interest. Hope our complaint gets full hearing.
