I am pankaj punabhai desai purchase a 1.5 ton split air condition through on line by j. B. Marketing service on dated 23/04/2014. After purchasing i called on carrier customer care by complaint no.13240131 on dated 9/5/2014 then after every day i call on this customer care for installation, but from company side no one can come to installed. After 25. Days waiting perioud i installed by other local air conditioner service provider. As per company comitment with in a week company executive came to installed and charge for installation charges. I also agree to pay all kind of installation charges. But company does not fulfill his comitment.
After 2-3 months again my air conditioner does not work properly and not providing cooling. So, as per under gurantee/waranty perioud i again call to customer care and made a complaint no.13353920 on 01/09/2014 for this but again same problem repeat. No, company service center macanic came and solve my problem and when ever i call on customer care they can not make second complaint they continiousaly follow on previous complaint. But till today i can't got any services from company side and gurantee/waranteey. From carrier company as per company comitment. So, here company fraud with me. I am tired from given complaint so many time and every time they comiting me we are solving your compalaint on priorative basis. But till today no one macanic came to solve any kind of service and reparing.
So, i made here complaint aginst the carried air conditioning & refrigeration ltd., 1st floor, milestone, drive in road

I need a refund full payment refund which i paid to purchase a carrier air condition and given this air condition to company return back and fine the company for this kind of false comitment to customer and mentally tourcharing for undelivery of services.
