Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration / Carrierindia.com — AC complaint not resolved even after 5 days

Carrier ac engineer removed PCB for repairing purpose as on date 24th June and promised to replace by 25th june'17 however neither they changed PCB till now nor no one is responding, we are along with my 10 days baby are facing lot of problem in this high temperature days. Complaint no.[protected] dtd.20th June 17 and complaint no.[protected] dtd.22nd june'17
So pls help to get resolve my issue.
