Dear sir, I have purchased Carrier AC, model no 1.2K ESTRELLA(3 Star[protected] on the dated 01/03/2021 form Khosla electronics pvt.ltd, branch Garia Bus stand, Kolkata-700047 and its warrenty period is due. Now AC is not working after servicing and several times I requested to dealer that for changing the product. But till date no any action has been taken from dealer/Co. The product cost is Rs 23000/-.
