I have bought Carrier AC Astura neo+ 1 ton during may 5th 2020 Month (Bill attached).
During installation we found that indoor outlet was not closing even though the outdoor unit get stopped.The installation done buy local people arranged by shop-owner.
That time itself we asked, can i get a new piece since its not working.
The shop owner told, replacement not possible but since its being under warrenty we can fix the issue before that Let covid get over.
Its hardly been 6 month and today a guy from Tiruvannamalai came, and he told condenser is working and you need to pay 650+ labour charge 200
I don't know what quality that carrier produces the AC because they delivered a defective product and i end up in paying Rs.850
Why should the end user has to pay for the defective product manufactured by Carrier and delivered by retailer.
Is carrier manufacturing a quality product or what ???
I at least expect a justification why should the end user has to pay ?
Is that the ethical ?
