I bought carrier AC 1.2 on 14th august 2021.
It was installed on 16th august. Yesterday I called for my free service. The service man put us in shocked. We can saw lots of insects like honeybees made their house inside the AC. This is because of improper installation. During installation the installer didn't sealed the gap with white cement. And the result is, we have to bear now.
I called so many times to customer care and said to solve my problem. But today they denied to fix it. They told me to do it with my own. They will not help us regarding this.
I am very much disappointed.
