I am facing the issue with my Carrier window AC Estrella plus just after its purchase of 6 months. It stopped cooling and everytime its Gas gets ejected and Ice always gets deposited to its internal body.
I complained about the product last year to the Customer care and even to its MD several times, but no concrete action has been taken by the Carrier company, their executive told me to bring the AC to the service center and it will be alright after the service. I insisted them that its a manufacturing defect, and it needs to be change, since after its few month's usage the cooling issue comes, but they keep on insisting me that the issue will get resolved after its service/repairing, and we can't change the product.
They repaired the AC, and soon after its 1 week, they ice again gets deposited. I called there customer care and they again refilled the gas., and then the season gets over.
Now, this year, when I started using AC, then again gas gets ejected and ice gets deposited.
Last year also I faced the same issue thrice in one year, but nothing concrete has been done from Carrier company side. I am tired of this product now, and I can't spend Rs 3000 every-time on its service (every year) on a product of Rs 28000.
I want to get this product replaced, and need compensation amount for the delivery of defective product and all the harassment done to me in terms of wastage of time and money. Was this information helpful? |
