Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration / Carrierindia.com — Noise coming from newly bought AC

Dear sir,
I bought new Carrier AC from Ratna fan house-T Nagar Chennai by end of feb24. within 1month the AC gives more noise and we called service team, they just cleaned the filters, 2nd time also complaint, they did the same.
from last month 20th onwards we booked complaint in customer care to resolve the noise issue, but after long struggle, on 2nd Nov, they visited and opened entire new AC and did water wash (we never heard new AC will have gel formation inside the spiral fan. after the service, They told us to keep the AC running in fan Medium mode only, not high speed, if you need, buy& keep pedestal fan, not ceiling fan.
after one day of complete service, again we hearing noise from this AC, i am attaching the videos for your understanding.
request you to resolve this at the earliest.
