My Name is Apurva Gandhi register number with Carrier is [protected], I had taken AMC for my window Air Conditioner purchased in 2021.
Since One Month I have had an issue with my AC that there is water dripping after 3-4 hours, the service fellow comes and replaces some parts but the issue is not resolved.
Every time at midnight the AC air flow stops and there is ice accumulation in front and water drips,
Every time I share a video and pics, now this is a height they do not believe that there is an issue.
The sensor, remote, 2 times capacitor, and the motor is replaced, but the issue is not resolved.
I Hope Carrier may have a proper ASP who can resolve the issue or if can't at least take the AC back.
Attach pics that carry the date and time, I am' losing good sleep and in midnight lodging a complaint.
Hope the Afer sales team is serious to understand the reputation of a well known organization and product which is well-sold in INDIA
