I have purchased a carrier a/c from gohana city. The remote of the a/c is damaged. i have complaint at service center many times but there is no response . i submit my complaint in service center at 3-june-2013. my complaint no is - 9194271 . I have been submitted my remote to the service center .But i can not get my remote back till today . please make my problem solve . i shall be very thankful to you.
