**Nature of Issue**: Unable to cool and airconditioner is with service center from past 3 weeks.
I initially reported the problem on 18th June and since then, I have followed up several times via phone. Each time, I have been assured that a technician will resolve the problem of my Airconditioner.
My airconditioner is with service center from past 3 weeks.
Till now there is now resolution being provided by the senior management and customer care service.
This has led to sever mental harassment of myself, Appericiate if you are unable to fix the problem then replace this with new airconditioner with warranty.. Was this information helpful? |
