I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the ongoing service issue with my Carrier air conditioner. **Nature of Issue**: Unable to cool and airconditioner is with service center from past 3 weeks.
I initially reported the problem on 18th June and since then, I have followed up several times via phone. Each time, I have been assured that a technician will resolve the problem of my Airconditioner.
My airconditioner is with service center from past 3 weeks.
Till now there is now resolution being provided by the senior management and customer care service. Â
This has led to sever mental harassment of myself,  Appericiate if you are unable to fix the problem then replace this with new airconditioner with warranty..   Was this information helpful? |
