Midea washing machine purchased through flipkart has given troubles so many times with errors E10, E, 30. Technician visited to our home and gave silly reasons everytime. 1.DUST
2.ANTS
3.WEATHER
4.WATER FLOW FORCE etc.

Recently 20 days back, our washine machine had issue with drum.I complained to midea customer care. My transaction no.[protected].

Same technician visited our home again and placed order for new drum.

Yesterday he called and asked money from us to repair the machine though my machine has comprehensive warranty mentioned in flipkart invoice.

It has been 20days i am suffering with issue with my washing machine but response from carrie midea technician is not proper.

Please resolve the issue with our washing machine.

    Faulty product and insta

    Had purchased the AC of Carrier on 16 aug 2019. After purchase, installation was done by the carrier service center. after 2 years (one season) gas got leaked and the leakage was very slow. As I trusted Carrier so Raised a service request and got that corrected.

    It was done on 4th Aug 2022: SR No:[protected]
    Findings : Leakage was at the outdoor pipe connection which the engineer confirmed. Which is an installation mistake.br...

    I bought a Midea Dishwasher from MB Enterprises on 15th Feb 2023 however, it has not been installed till now.
    Initially, i had to make several calls and the customer service always used a scripted verbiage that it will be done in 24 to 48 hours but it never happened.

    Also they provided a wrong no. first and then sent the technician's number who was not in town. Somehow, they were able to send the technician on 18th Feb however, he confirmed that the tray inside was defected and the nozzle was missing which he informed his superior and the head of warehouse immediately.
    Then there has not been any action taken even after me calling the customer service, Warehouse head, technician, Service head and the dealer etc.etc.
    I am just receiving sorry and same scripted lines with no resolution at all.
    I believe, its my biggest mistake of buying this product from Midea or Carrier or Toshiba.

    Kindly get the installation done by tomorrow as we are frustrated by the pathetic service and chasing these people.

      In 2019 December, i purchased midea 7kg front load machine with 4yr warranty, Just with in 5 months of purchase itself machine started giving troubles with error codes. till now i got trouble for 5-6 times and every time i got poor response and Delay in servicing.Everytime the service executive try to coverup the issue and he take 7-10 days for getting spare parts.3-4 times i called customer care for resolving issue and everytime they take new complaint but they take huge time to repair.They supplied faulty machine.I want midea to provide replacement for machine.Other company machines are found working properly from 8-9 yrs without any problem.This Midea Company supplied a worst quality product and cheating customers

        2month ago at the time of Free Service. the engineer broken the Air Swing VANE (Backside of Swing Blade) and after 10 Days another service person came and replaced the VANE...Which was not fitted correctly, because the air swing vane only moving ..middle to right side. I have share the issue with service person that the Vane not moving in left side, Which was not happened previously. The Service person said he will discussed with office and give me solution and he left. After that I have called several time to Customer Care about this issue...But every time my complaint was cancelled by service center without talking to me. Some of My complaint no[protected]/02.08.22,[protected]/14.09.22,[protected]/19.09.22,[protected]/21.... Kindly help me... My Contact No-[protected].

          I have called the team multiple times but there is no response from your service teams.
          They give my false promises for arranging a technician for installation and demo.
          Even after 4-5 calls and multiple mails there is no action on my issue.

          Please look into it or deny the service straight forward so that I can inform it to amazon and return your product.

            Free service

            I have purchased split AC 1.5 TR, inverter type, durafersh ipro on 13-5-21 from Advance refrigeration at Nagpur, they haven't provided even single free service, many times company assured of free service and even issued ticket number during Sep 21, but no service is provided, In month of July finally them came and demanded Rs1000/- for service, reason is the the AC is out of warranty, I refused for paid service, customer care service also...

            Ac 1.5ton non inverter, heavy Noise problem . After installation i have informed to the service centre, they came and informed me once put stabilizer noise will not come and after install stabilizer also same noise problem not resolve and first free service came i informed them . They said copper wire 2bends so that Noise coming Now adjusted. Noise will not come. But noise problem not resolved till. I am regular customer of carrier Ac . So I made a purchase of Midea ac because of carrier Ac manufacturing is Midea.

            But I made a mistake of purchase a worst product like this.

              I have raised the complaint for midea washing machine repair on june 28th 2022. The washing machine is under warraty. The midea technician called me and asked for issue and said part needs to be ordered. Actually the issue is washing machine drum is not rotating. After 2 weeks again he called me and said the parts have been received and will visit and repair. But till now he has not visited. And later without resolving the issue the company has closed the service request number[protected] saying that the request has been completed. Kindly help me to get repair my washing machine. I tried calling customer care many times but no use. Invoice has been attached.

                This is regarding a defective unit that we have received (invoice attached).
                The model (Carrier 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC Copper, PM 2.5 Filter, CAS18ES3R30F0, 2021 Model, White) was purchased from Amazon in Oct 2021.

                We raised a complaint about poor cooling about 2 months back. Since then, we have visited the customer care center more than 10 times and inspite of multiple fixes, the AC is not working as expected.
                - First, the technicians refused to agree that there is a problem.
                - After 2-3 visits, they told me that PCB needs to change. After 2 weeks of waiting, a new PCB was installed.
                - Still, the cooling wasn’t happening, then they cleaned the gas pipe. Again, after a couple of days, we reported that cooling is not happening.
                - The service Center took the AC and after 4 days they told me that the gas levels were low, which they fixed.
                - Now, the AC is not cutting off after reaching the desired temperature. We again raised a complaint.

                My senior citizen parents have suffered through the peak of the heat while struggling to have this new AC fixed. It’s still under warranty, and we are literally losing on the warranty period while waiting for this AC to function.

                The local service center is extremely slow in response and my parents had to visit them to even get them act on our request.

                Why is Carrier not accepting that one of their units can be defective? Why are they not looking into the trouble being caused to the consumer?

                We bought Carrier AC considering their reputation, but now we are extremely disappointed. We have been requesting for higher authorities to take any action and replace the AC but we haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. Service center folks have been just following the protocol for months without considering the pain caused to my parents.

                We want the company to provide us with a new AC with a warranty and compensation for all the trouble caused.

                Looking forward to a resolution to this ASAP!

                  Hello Sir,

                  I bought Carrier 1 Ton Inverter 3 Start 12K AC on 19 Feb 2021.

                  After 1st Installation water started pouring inside. This was rectified in 2nd free service.

                  After 2nd free service some noise started while starting and stopping in the swing blades.

                  30 May 2022 hardly after one year started with cooling problem. Raised complaint and a company service man came did some thing started working.

                  On the same night again started problem. On the next day 31 May 2022 another company service man came and said that need to replace some parts in outer unit, changed it and amount has been charged.

                  How come parts of AC which is one year old will go out? is this the quality of this product?

                  Now 7 July 2022 started having same problem. What a worst product.

                  This is my 2nd bad experience with Carries AC. This is my mistake buying Carries AC even though had multiple problems in my previous purchase.

                  Is there any way i can get replacement for this or else give pls give half of my money and take your product. i'll buy better product like Voltas which is working well for the past 10 years.

                  07-Jul-2022 : Paid 350 for service visti.

                  Now they are asking 3, 800 rs for rectifying gas leakage issue.

                  do you thing we get money from plant. You are cheating us by provided cheap product and looting out money. Do difference between thief /pick pocket and you people.

                    Ac bought on 28.04.2022 stopped working on 27.05.2022. Complaint registered on 28.05.2022. Still unresolved and now service center saying it will take ten more days.
                    Worst after sales service.

                      Sir/madam I bought 2ton carrier window AC it's model name was ESTRELLA NX 24k 3* HSN code 84151090 billing date 19/7/2021 from ELECTRONIC PARADISE OUTLET NEW DELHI . Its fan and blower was broken it's chasis (Base) was totally damaged . After replacing these spare parts in new ac now it's create noise while running . I m so not satisfied with this product. In 15 days urs technician came 7 times but problem was not permanently solve.
                      So pls replace this defected item For permanent solution.

                        My uncle gives an AC on my brother wedding as gift which he bought from quick enterprises Rampur UP 244901 with invoice no.697 HSN/SAC code 84158210.
                        As its an october the climate has changed we didn't installed we have now in april installed it which didn't work because we have got faulty indoor unit of ac we contacted to the company for changing indoor unit but they said it will only be repair then they said fan motor is not working its takes them 25 days for fan motor to changed but it still didn't worked and again they said its PCB isn't working its take 10 days more.
                        I am cheated by where my AC has bought and company is also not helpful its of 41000/- its a big amount for me but they didn't have any pain.

                          I have called Carrier Customer Care for AC gas refilling. The technician visited our door step and filled the gas, did servicing and he took Rs 5650 amount which includes their visiting charge. Since then my AC has stopped cooling completely.
                          I am calling their customer care[protected] for 5 to 6 time to resend their technician but till date the technician did not pay visit.

                              I purchased my carrier AC on 28th jun 2021 and called for free services as it was less than a year. Firstly they didnt respond and then after complaining, executive called us for coming in the morning, afternoon and evening but didn't came since two days but after again complaining, young guy came who didn't have his ID card and also was not in any uniform.He was from third party agent send by the company. We refused for the service and again complaint. Then after having word with Sangeet Gopan, area service manager east and south delhi on 16 th March at 7pm, he again scheduled our service for 17 th mar 2022 around 11-12 in the morning. Just after half an hour after having a word with Sangeet I went for my meeting in my room and 2 guys came into my house and my kids was alone in the first room which was drawing room and they forcefully entered my premises and having an inappropriate language with my 6 year old son and my another son who was just 2 years was sleeping and woke up while these 2 servicing guy from carrier was putting down my AC for servicing. My son was constantly telling him not to do the service and not pulling our sofa for pulling down the AC ..these two guys without anybody's consent did the service or didn't ..not sure..and was very rude and using inappropriate language over doing the service right now since they was having orders from Pavan there supervisor..when I came from my meeting after half an HR from different room I saw these 2 servicing guys was sitting in my drawing room pulling there legs up on table and chit chatting..they said AC is done..they also changed one part of my AC which is Capacitor of a new AC which was in warranty without telling me. This really scary, pathetic and disgusting exp I had with my carrier AC ...it's since 3 days I have not got any action from carrier india..after a day I realised that my gold chain which was inside the drawer also got missing..these people fraud pathetic and does not have any sense talking to customer..pls people don't buy carrier AC as u might end up loosing ur things and pathetic services by them..will tell my corporate friends if not action

                                I have purchased a split ac in 2019 and in 2021 this ac stop working due to some fault anyways my wife called customer care for the service. This guy came and spend many days and stop visiting and attend the fault and then after i came home i called them again and finally this service engineer stop attending my calls and not even responding my queries this is very disappointing about their customer service and mentally tortured by their poor service kindly do the needful and get it done.

                                During the visit in my absense they chargee around 2500rs and said that the leakage of the gas is the root cause of the problem but after doing it the system was inoperative so again they said the problem could be with compressor or with the pcb i had words with of one of the service engineer he promised me that he will solve the problem but suddenly they took sign from my wife as i wasnot home my wife and parents was not able to understand the situtaion and this service engineer manipulated and took money from them. Every single day a new guy was coming for whole week to attend the trouble and no one was able to rectified it and my parents fed up telling him the issues from the begining but somehow they told everyone the same problem but none of them resolve the issue and stop coming home. So after i came home i filed a fresh complainy in carrier customer care and then again new guy came and said that he attended this issues before and there were some trouble with outdoor unit i said but it is not working anyways kindly make it operational he just open the box and closed it and left the place just saying that he will get it done and dint turn back i dont know why carrier guys are so careless i am just worried if i have done a mistaken after buying it's product i dont know what to do as i am using the same room where this ac is fitted and not able to sleep properly. I have just wasted my 42k + 2.5k and mental peace after buying this product.

                                  Its been a year i purchased Split inveter AC and the experience has been no great so far. The AC works intermittently on AUTO MODE. somtime, the compressor does not turn on and some time it does. When the compressor is not turned on, the fan works and produce bad smell in the room. I am following up on the same issue from a year now and no proper resolution is been given. The product is now out of warranty and issue is not yet fixed. Now to fix the issue, i am calling up customer support and following up with local dealer with no luck and more over the services are now chargeable. This is ridiculous and you should shame on asking for service charge for the issue which was not fixed from day 1 of the product purchased. I am repenting on the decision to buy carrier AC where the after sale is way poor.

                                  As per my conversation with customer care, i sent email a week back and i do not see any revert.

                                  THINK TWICE BECAUSE THE AFTER SALE SERVICE IS NOT GREAT SO FAR. I WILL KEEP POSTED ON THE PROGRESS

                                    I have given a complain of service on 06 Oct 2021. But till date I have not got the service. I think you are failed to provide service.
                                    I have purchased this washing machine yo help my Father, a senior citizen of 70yrs. In this Vividh situation when the machine is required mostly it is not working. It is now More than 01 month 5he problem is not solved. Every time I call c.care they ask me wait 48 hrs. I don't know when this 48hrs will complete.
                                    If you are listening me please do the needful at the earliest.

                                    Will you provide service or I will bound to file a consumer complaint against you.
