Carrier Midea India — not proper working of new carrier ac 1.5t | |||
I have purchased one new ac 1.5t on 12/4/19 of carrier made from reliance retail limited, bestech square mall lgf plot no. 1, industrial focal point, sas nagar phase ix -160063 mohali. The working of ac was not satisfactory. So i lodged a complaint through customer care vide no.[protected] on 24.6.2019. Same was attended on 26.6.19 and gas was refilled in the ac but still woking/cooling was not satisfactory. So again complaint no.[protected] was lodged on 28.06.2019 and customer care ensure to resolve the issue with in 24 hours. But till no any response received so for. Even complaint was lodged on nch portal on o1 july 2019 but only sms received from nch portal on 2/7/2019 that your docket no. 1421203 has been disposed, whereas no one has solve the problem. A.c. not working. Many times do a complaint but nothing do till now. What a stand have as compared to other company ? In such as a case, what do a customer ? I don't believe that's the so much poor service as well as company. Plz tell me anyone whatever now..
