Carrier Midea India — Request raised for repairing washing machine is not getting entertained | |||
I have purchased a washing machine with a 2-year warranty from Flipkart. The washing machine was not able to drain the water at the end of the washing cycle and was making a rubbing noise. So, We raised the complaint by calling mideacare service center. The regional service center was quick to reply initially and they send a technician after 2-3 days. He examined the machine and found out that the drain pump was malfunctioning. He told us that he will come back with the spare part in a few days. Its been almost a month now and even after calling the regional service center many times, there has not been any attempt to close the case. Nobody is even telling us the correct timeline that it will take to just replace a spare part. Out of 12 months of the warranty period, we have lost a month when the machine is just idle, wasting my hard-earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
