[Resolved] Hyundai — Faulty Bluetooth Microphone | |||
Since day 1 I received the car the Bluetooth microphone is not working. During first servicing it was confirmed that the microphone is faulty. Service centre ordered the microphone and it took around 3 weeks to get the microphone. I have no issues with the service centre since they have educated me properly. But I am unsatisfied with Hyundai Motors. I wanted to launch complaint against the company and not the service centre since, company took time to arrange the part My question how this vehicle got passed in inspection at the company. How this got passed in PDI. That means you people are selling faulty product. Moreover today after replacing the microphone the issue did not get resolved, after further investigation we found that 2 cable running near roof and windshield corner (driver side) have cuts and open, this is a faulty cable. This means Hyundai uses cable harness from the rejection. This is not expected from a multination Brand I am really shocked and unhappy with this incident. request you to please help in the Was this information helpful? | |||
